Ever wish there was an accessible word game app, but bible related? I am in the process creating a mobile app called: “Faith Word Adventure”. It will have daily scripture verse/s, daily word challenge and the ability to play a game as much as you like. The app will have the ability to turn off effects including colors, for those who are sighted and do not want certain effect/s within the game. Bible verses will be uploaded and updated in the app, and if you like the verse, you can save it in your favorites. Plus, you can also share your favorites with friends and family if you like. For those who have kids, you can enable “child mode” so they cannot access certain features or change settings, or make upgrades in the app. Speaking of this feature, you have the option to just use a six-digit passcode, or after configuration, you can use Face ID or Finger Print ID, depending on your device. And if you have Face-ID enabled, you can use it to reset or turn off child mode if you wish. However, if Face-ID fails, which can happen, then you can submit a request to have assistance to have the “parent passcode” reset which will disable child mode, and you can re-enable it with a new code. Now, you are probably wondering about those upgrades. The app will be for free, and the categories for the main game will have 2 unlocked. However, to unlock the full game, it will be, as of now, $3.99 (one-time-purchase to unlock all categories for game play). Optional daily Bible scripture reminders may be sent to your device. These notifications can be disabled at any time in your device settings.
• Audio Playback
Scripture readings, sound effects, music, and spoken content (including developer-recorded audio) play locally on your device. The app does not record user audio or transmit audio data. However, the app uses the microphone for speech recognition when the user chooses to dictate a word. Audio is processed by Apple’s speech recognition services and is not stored or transmitted to our servers.
• Sharing & Saving Scripture
You may optionally save or share scripture content using your device’s buiElt-in sharing features. These actions are always initiated by you.
• In-App Purchase
A one-time upgrade is available to unlock all game categories. Payments are securely processed by Apple. We do not receive or store payment information.
• Background Music
Optional background music is included and can be turned on or off at any time within the app settings.
No Advertising or Tracking
This app does not use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking technologies.
Accessibility
This app is designed with accessibility in mind, including screen reader compatibility and accessible navigation features.
